All orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Time


Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided by the carrier.


Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Queen of Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Queen of Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
