Queen of Customs Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Queen of Customs, all items are custom-made and created to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check all order details (including names, colors, sizes, and personalization) before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Queen of Customs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, Queen of Customs will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Queen of Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for further assistance.
